I’m a word nerd by nature.

I’m also a runner by nurture, a born and bred Hoosier and may be the only person I know who does not like bacon. I work in technology and spend a lot of time focused on both learning new things and understanding why things work the way they do. 

I just crossed the start line of my 30s, I’m married to a wonderful husband and we live in central Indiana. We’re in our eighth year of marriage and still figuring out our place in the world, but having a great time starting out. This blog is to chronicle the many Years of Firsts we have headed our way.
